Food State Class Action Settlement
The Food State Class Action Lawsuit claims health-conscious consumers were duped into thinking that FoodState supplements contained more nutrients sourced from “whole foods” than they did in reality.
Not only did they gain more weight but they were sold a false bag of goods (class double whammy).
The good news is a 2.1 million dollar settlement pot has been established.
